PICO DEV M3 Assembly Instructions

Make sure you have all the hardware and 3D-printed parts for the PICO DEV M3..

sandwich the PICO DEV M3 board between the BOARD TOP and BOARD BOTTOM parts.

Secure with 3x M1.4x6mm self-tapping screws

attach 608 bearing

attach BEARING TOP HOLDER to BOARD TOP using M2x8mm self-tapping screws

install 18x 3x1mm neodymium magnets to the KNOB in an alternating pole configuration (press fit or glue)

attach KNOB

installing the mounting base is optional, and it may not be needed for your specific application.

secure the base to the encoder using 2x M2x8mm self-tapping screws.
